Dondon's signature dish, Sujikon Negitama, is negiyaki made with homemade beef tendon that is simmered for a long time. The sweet and spicy soy sauce-based beef tendon goes perfectly with negiyaki! It's the most popular negiyaki dish. Be sure to give it a try.

A staple dish! Omu soba

Our signature dish, omu soba, is also recommended for children. All yakisoba and yakiudon can be made into omu soba for an additional 180 yen.The fried soba and fried udon noodles are packed tightly inside the egg, making this a very filling dish! By wrapping it in egg, it keeps the noodles warm, so you can enjoy it for a long time♪
